A Confidence Builder and Certified Career Coach for

I am a YALE graduate with over 10 years in nonprofit management focused on professional development and hiring. As a woman of color, I have secured high level leadership roles in one of the hardest industries by embracing myself, living authentically, and making my career about ME.
So I know what it takes to break glass ceilings and get yourself a seat at the table.
